After shopping around different hardwood flooring companies, my wife and I chose Invision Hardwood for the job of installing flooring on most of our main floor in our home. Invision was the first place we visited on our list of companies to try. The sales rep Roy was excellent, and spent over an hour with us, teaching us all the different possibilites we could use in our home, with all the different types of flooring.
When we left Invision, we were deeply knowledged in hardwood flooring. Upon visiting a few other places, we found that the pricing of all the flooring companies were vitually the same. So, upon learning this, we decided to choose Invision.
The installation of the flooring was done well done and timely. I am a very picky and fussy customer for sure. I asked them after the job was completed to fix one area that I thought needed adjusting. They addressed my concern right away without any static. I was very pleased.
My wife and I are very pleased with our new hardwood flooring, and we thoroughly enjoyed dealing with Invision Hardwood & Decor. The price was right, and the job was well done. The customer service was top notch. What else can I say!

I am having the best experience completely renovating my 1-bedroom downtown condo, and Roy Yanish from Invision Hardwood and Décor can claim much of the credit. I met Roy at the Spring Home Show. We discussed the Kentwood floating floor I was considering, and within days he came over to measure my place. (I wanted the same flooring throughout, with the exception of in the bathroom.) He immediately identified some potential problems and we discussed possible solutions, taking into consideration restrictions and requirements of my condo Board of Directors.

Roy waited patiently for months while I hummed and hawed about colour and searched for a General Contractor (he helped me with this too). Just as we were getting closer to the installation date, Roy came up with a solution that saved me about $1,000 – all on his own initiative! Installation of the flooring and baseboards was done carefully and efficiently. I didn’t originally want wooden floors, but now that I see the end result, I am thrilled. I love my floor, and highly recommend Roy and Invision Hardwood to anyone looking for flooring specialists. They have a wide selection of beautiful products, excellent pricing and superb service. I met Dov from Invision who was an absolute professional from start to finish. He was always available, responded to my phone calls and email messages. I was updated constantly - ample time was spent on every as aspect of our dealings.
The installers took their time to perfect the final project. They were polite, patient and explained themsleves well. Once again true professionals.

We had a somewhat challenging situation - removing carpeting and installing hardwood on uneven, creaky, sub-floors. Invision did a great job recommending what would work and look best for us. The crew, Jamie, Anthony and June did a great job installing the floor and were a pleasure to have around.

We needed our entire house done: second floor, main floor, kitchen and staircase. When we met Roy, he was very knowledgeable, and he made us feel comfortable doing business with him. They were timely and very responsive with communicating with us throughout the process. We were also very happy with the final outcome. Our floor is beautiful and we've been getting compliments from family and friends. I would've given a rating of 10 out of 10, if it weren't for the fact that the initial estimate did not include the material cost and labour cost for the closet in the master bedroom. Because of that, we had to reallocate more budget to this project and I was not happy that the total estimate didn't include a closet. Overall, the job was done beautiful, but my experience was not perfect.

I purchased a cork floor from Invision a year ago and after now havng new appliances delivered the floor has been damaged. Fortunatly, the flooring style was still available and Invision was happy to help with the repair even though I was the original installer of the floor. They promptly came through as scheduled and completed the reapir professionally to my expectations while at work. They even went as far as to replace a couple of additional boards that they themselves noticed. How often does that happen!

Dov was very helpful in every aspect of choosing and installing my floors. There were obstacles presented at the beginning of the installation, however they were easily tackled by Dov and his team. My floors were installed quickly and flawlessly. I will be using Invision again for any other flooring needs. I would also recommend them to anyone looking.
