We worked mainly with Roy. His partner Dov was also involved in the project. Roy was very knowledgeable and he worked very hard making sure we were satisfied with the work agreement and the actual implementation. Both partners were friendly and accommodating.
The job was to install hardwood flooring on a second floor of a house and painting. The work started on time and was finished as projected. The team that came to do the work was very professional and easy to work with. They would leave the place clean at the end of each day and did their best not to interfere with house activities
Either Roy or Dov came to the house at least once a day (sometimes more) to see how the work was progressing and to address any concerns. We appreciated this very much as an experience with a different contract on a kitchen was nothing like that.
A recommendation is to remove all breakable items from the floor below as there is heavy pounding from above that could cause items to fall. Overall, we highly recommend this company as it was a very positive experience dealing with them and we are extremely happy with the final result.

I recently had some hardwood installed in two bedrooms and had a very short deadline due to some other contractors coming in. I needed my floors done in less than two weeks. Dov called me into the show room which at first I thought was unnecessary but once I stepped in and saw the huge variety of flooring options, I understood. Plus I got to choose what I liked instead of having to pick from 6 selections. I called many people from home stars for quotes but the friendliness and approach I got from Invision hardwood solidified my decision. Dov and Roy were very accommodating and had my floors done even earlier than planned. The wood looks amazing and I couldn't be happier with the end result. I may even be calling them back soon to do more work. Very clean work and I would highly recommend them to family and friends.

Having seen such good reviews about Invision through homestars, I wanted to see it for myself if I could trust these reviews on homestars for new floor installations and paintwork required at my condo apartment. The property over the years had been mistreated by previous tenants and we were not able to take measures as we remained abroad. Since we were moving back in, My family wanted to make sure that we were getting this done properly. I visited their showroom and as I started talking with Dov and Roy, I knew right away that I would want to have Invision to work on this for us. As Roy walked me through the whole process, the level of commitment, professionalism, along with suggestions here and there had ensured me that our expectations could be met as opposed to another that I had inquired before Invision. Moreover, given the very short period of time available to get everything ready (this project had to start in 2 weeks since my visit to their showroom), Dov really had to come out the way from his schedule to make this work. Work was completed within the expected time frame. My requests along the way were responded to and were followed up promptly. As it turns out, my condo apartment looks just amazing and we are more than pleased with their work and service. We met Dov and Roy through Homestars. They helped us source a great match for an oak wood floor to what we currently have in our living/dining rooms. We also wanted to have the two staircases changed from old carpet to wood as well as getting the railings painted.They did a fabulous job with the stairs, the painting and the floors. We're very happy with the workers at Invision, particularly Ricky with the stairs.
When Dov noticed the poor paint job on our old pickets, he immediately offered a solution of getting new pre-painted pickets to match our existing ones and had them installed.
We would highly recommend these guys since they were great to deal with and extremely personable. As well, they were able to finished the job within the time frame we wanted, which was important to us. It's definitely more convenient to have hardwood flooring, staircase and painting done with one company, and Invision did deliver that well.

I have Mercier White Oak Hardwood in the hall and family room and wanted to extend the same flooring to the living/dining room.
The original floor was installed over 10 yrs ago by another company.
Dov made the site visit to take measurements, etc and we agreed upon the terms. The product arrived within 1 wk and the installation began a couple of days later. The installer was pleasant, professional, and skilled. The transition from the 'old floor' in the hallway to the living room floor is seamless and I am very pleased with their work and service. I had a question about some of the boards shipped by the manufacturer and Dov came to my home to inspect them personally....always great to deal with the owners of a company!

Earlier this year we approached Invision Hardwood & Decor with a unique challenge – how do we floor our Northern Ontario island retreat with flooring that would capture the rustic aesthetic + durability we were looking for without breaking the bank account. I had purchased a house and when I had an opportunity to see the flooring, with the furniture removed, I saw that the hardwood looked worn, uneven and dull. Dov and his team were fantastic!!
Dov did a good job of explaining the process to me and ensuring that I was well informed. He quoted me a competitive price and stuck to it.
