I usually obtain three quotes when doing a home improvement project. However when I met Dov and shared the vision of our full project in two stages, I knew that Dov was the person who was going to make my vision a reality. His expertise, patient listening skills and his ability to think outside the original project provided an alternative solution that would deliver the best value for our budget.
We replaced the front entry green ceramic tile and the eleven year old dark brown high gloss flooring in the living room, dining room and kitchen with Mercier Atmosphere Gleam matte finish hardwood flooring.
The transformation exceeded our expectations. The crew who installed the flooring are true craftsmen. Dov's business partner Roy delivered the wood the day before the project started. He also arrived the day of the project to provide the crew with the details required to complete the installation. Roy also attended on day two of the installation to make sure we were happy with the progress.
Dov and Roy are the best at what they do. They are genuine, honest, respectful and truly want the best for their clients.

We had hardwood flooring installed on the full second floor of our home in October 2023. We are very happy with the floor and the excellent workmanship. The final product and the process exceeded our expectations. Roy, one of the owners, explained the full range of potential hardwood options and stains in detail, and then provided insights to narrow in on the best option to meet my wife's and my needs. Roy was also fully involved throughout the installation and after sales to ensure everything was 100% complete and that we were completely satisfied with the installation. We found Roy to be extremely knowledgeable on flooring, caring and helpful from our initial visit in the showroom to the project completion. He listened to what we were looking for and helped us find exactly what we wanted. All scheduling dates were met. The Invision installation team did excellent work, were courteous, always on time and always cleaned-up at the end of each day.

We had our kitchen floor and front entrance replaced with vinyl flooring and Dov was extremely helpful when we were choosing the vinyl flooring as well as the baseboards. The installation team was meticulous and they did an amazing job. Our kitchen and front entrance look so amazing. We are so happy with Dov and his team.

In November 2022, Invision Hardwood & Decor did a huge job for me (2nd floor, plus new iron pickets on 2 staircases), and in January 2023, they came back to do my main floor. Please see my review for the first reno as I provide more detail on that specific job. Both jobs were done meticulously, on time and on budget. It really was a pleasure working with Dov and Roy again to complete the entire job. I can't stress enough how important it is to do your homework on a job like this. If you get the wrong people or look who will give you a 'deal', you run a huge risk of being disappointed or worse, being taken by a subpar contractor. I've been planning this reno for quite some time and did a lot of research until I knew the general cost range and had a short-list of companies I was comfortable with - and Invision kept coming on top of that list. No regrets going with Dov and Roy, I couldn't be happier with the finished product.

Invision replaced the flooring in my whole condo and did a beautiful job. Then tragedy struck when a flood ruined my year-old flooring. The product was no longer available but Invision found a suitable replacement and replaced about 75% of the floor. They did an excellent job, very fast, very clean and the new floor looks fantastic.

Excellent product offering and friendly service. We stepped in with 0 knowledge on hardwood, vinyl and cork flooring. Dov has extensive knowledge having worked in the trade. He took the time to present all the product lines, the differences between them, along with recommendations based on actual jobs he and his team did in the past that are similar to our reno job. He was courteous and most importantly extremely patient with us in answering all of our questions and accepting the inherent delays and reschedulings during a process that stretched over 2 months. The high quality of the service and personal touch was the main reason for which we decided to give Invision our business. I strongly recommend.

I decided to visit the showroom of this company based on the Home Stars reviews. I am happy to report that my experience was in keeping with the very positive commentary of the previous consumers. I was offered expert commentary by Dov on the various products and was given an excellent price on the hardwood product that I selected. My contractor prepared the sub-floor and Roy and his team did the installation. The finished product is indeed beautiful and the entire experience was very smooth and positive. Dov and Roy were both fast to respond to questions and provided excellent support throughout. Thanks to Invision for my beautiful floors and thanks to Homestars for once again being a reliable source of service providers!

Dov provided excellent pricing and service for us, especially when we were looking for floors last minute and were in a rush to get it shipped within 2 days.

Doc went above and beyond with his service and made sure the warehouse was able to provide to us our doors on time. He also provided great advice on maintenance and design of flooring.
