I worked closely with Dov to choose the engineered hardwood for our second floorrenovation. Dov was very patient while I searched for the perfect colour, width, texture and was able to source exactly what I wanted for a good price. He was very helpful pointing out how to see the wood in a natural light, talking through benefits of different textures and finishes, etc.
Then, our contractor's installer fell through at the last minute and Dov arranged his installers to come in right away. They were craftsmen and did an excellent job, AND kept the worksite extremely clean and tidy.

I had always know this was a material purchase only but never expected to share our installation services with you.
Often enough, for some reason or another we end up hired to install.
Through building a relationship, confidence and trust are earned.
Perhaps a realization that the dealer knows the products best and standing behind our workmanship and product just makes sense.
It couldn't have worked out better. We did the job, your happy and your General Contractor now has his new go to hardwood flooring guys.
