After a long search for the right flooring, I have recently visited Invision Hardwood & Decor. It was far from where I live but it was worth it. From the first moment I entered the showroom I knew I didn’t have to look any further. My guide among the endless types of hardwood samples was Dov, who skillfully navigated me through many different options, gave me honest advice and was not satisfied until he found the perfect fit for my space. He was patient, answering all my questions and he made the entire process a comfortable and pleasant experience.
All subsequent dealings with the company, including the delivery,
confirmed professionalism, expertise and excellent customer service with fast responses. The staff never failed to update me with the status of my order and the communication was reliable and timely.
This is an outstanding company with top of the line products and I can warmly recommend their services to anyone who expects a high quality job with a dedicated staff.
