We were looking for a company to install luxury vinyl floors and to refinish the aging stairs. Invision Hardwood came up on Home Stars with a very high rating, so we called them. From the first phone call, Dov was very informative and took his time to explain the process. A visit to the showroom revealed that it was neat, clean, and well organized. Once again, Dov was there and spent a lot of time explaining materials and procedures. We decided to go with Invision and are happy that we did. They had a crew of diligent workers who did neat work and were professional and respectful. They communicated with us when necessary and left the area clean after each day’s work. Company owners, Dov and Roy, also communicated with us regularly to ensure that everything was always on track and to our satisfaction. They listened and addressed any concerns that we had, making adjustments as necessary so that we would be happy with the end result. Needless to say, we are very pleased with the top-notch work and customer service that we got from Invision Hardwood. We will be recommending them to friends and family!
