We were extremely pleased with the installation of the drains and back water valve after a flood caused considerable damage to our basement. Shendon, their knowledgeable field manager, assessed the situation and was very reassuring in his explanation about what was required. The "new Canadian" team of installers worked diligently and methodically to get the job done. They were also very polite and helpful in moving article in the basement, even offering to carry items up the stairs for my mother who is a senior citizen. The installation required digging up parts of the basement floor with many bags of earth set aside. However, after the pipes were installed the earth was returned and the floor professionally cemented over. On the last day the "New Canadian" team proceeded to clean everything in preparation for the new flooring that was required after the flooding. We feel very fortunate that this company was able to get us through this difficult time and that we can now confidently restore our basement to its former glory.
