Backwater valve, sewer clean out
We had to call a plumber ASAP, as we had a major flood in our basement. We called NEW CANADIAN, and they responded and arrived within the hour.
The basement flooding was a disaster !
We had a sewer backup from the city sewer pipe!
Nima and his team identified the problems and commenced the work immediately.
The basement drain and new piping needed to be replaced which required the cement floor to be dug up to place PVC piping ,along with a backwater valve( BWV) and a sewer clean out. The disruption to the household was minimal in terms of water and sewer useage . The worked quickly, and efficiently.
The repair job included replacing the cement work to the floor.
They provided an access point for both the BWV and sewer clean out. They were easy to work with and very helpful in providing me with photos of the work they were doing . This is my mothers home and I am 4000 km away making the necessary arrangements.
They were very reassuring, polite, confident, and knowledgeable.
They cleaned up the basement and did a great job.
