I dealt with James over the phone. James is very knowledgable . He was able to explain what the available options were in a very simple and easy way to understand.
Within a couple of days James arranged for one of his crews to remove and install the new air handler with coil and air conditoner. The installers Matt and Ricardo were very nice guys and very professional.
