I was provided with the name of this company by Rinnai USA. , the manufacturer of my tankless hot water/floor heating system.
I was having a great deal of problems with a system installed by a well known HVAC company in Cobourg. Past design and installation errors by the Cobourg company meant poor performance and many hours of fighting with the contractor and spending more money for a fix that did not work. Natural Choice came in like a team of surgeons - they assessed, diagnosed and performed major surgery. I am 100% satisfied with every aspect of their work. My regret was not having them do the install in the first place. That was an expensive le$$on anyone reading this can avoid.
