Wondy was a pleasure to work with: punctual, friendly, knowledgable and fixed the problems we were having. A damaged cartridge in the tub faucet was resulting in an ongoing leak and blocking of hot water.
One small piece of feedback for improvement purposes: the plumber unstuck the mat in the tub while doing the work. He invited me to check the repaired faucet afterwards, and upon entering the tub I slipped a bit since the mat was no longer secured. The mat is a safety feature so if it is unstuck by the plumber, the resident should be notified (or the mat entirely removed so it is obvious).
The cost of this service, determined by the company not the plumber, was outrageous for such a small part and small amount of labour.
