We booked an appointment for Wednesday before noon, and they phoned just before the appointment time to defer it to 2pm. It was past 2pm and we were still waiting for them, so we called them up to see what was up. The person on the phone put us on hold, and afterwards told us that they had to cancel our appointment. So we rescheduled it for the day after.
The next day comes, and the guy's on time. He looks at the job and claims that he's going to need 4 hours to finish it, and that he needs to call another guy to help. We asked for a quote from them before, and they had said that the job should take no more than 2 hours. We asked the guy again, and he insists that the job will take 4 hours, and that we're going to need to wait until he calls the other guy to come help, so he'll just 'examine' it in the meantime, meaning that we would have to pay for the time that it takes for the other guy to get here as well.
So we decided to cancel the job, as we seriously think that they were trying to rip us off.
