There's a gas leaking for 22 hours overnight after the technician installed a brand new boiler because he used the old piece of copper pipe which was too short. We had to wait for more than 6 hours after calling Milani for emergency by the advice from the Fortis technician! The second technician came and fixed the gas leakage issue, then figured out there's a dripping inside the boiler which meant the "new" boiler had to be replaced! The original technician came and install "another one" reluctantly (I don't understand why.). The next day, there's no hot water during a shower and I could still hear the dripping sound clearly when I stood in front of the boiler!! The Customer Service staff told me if I wanted her to send me an after hour technician, I had to pay and the rate is over $400 for just the first hour. Why would I need to pay when it's Milani's responsibility to give it a check? What a great Customer Service from Milani!
