I feel very bad, because my sister needed to install a gas control valve and I suggested Milani Plumbing to her. After a gas control valve was installed, the guy told my sister that there was a leak in a pilot feed tube. He went back to the company to get the tube four or five times, wasting 4 hours just for the pilot feed tube. In the end, he still couldn't fix the leaks and left. I suspect that there was nothing wrong with the old tube and that he didn't tighten it enough. After my sister told me what had happened, I went over to check it out. I found that two ends of the new tube was leaking and were not properly installed. I took the pilot tube out, tightened it properly on both ends, rechecked for leaks and there were no leaks. I fixed it in less than half an hour, while the worker took 4 hours and still couldn’t fix it.
