We use Milani a lot, because they are always reliable. They show up when they say they're going to show up, and they do what they say they are going to do. When you have a problem, they come and fix it right away - you don't have to wait for a long time to get an appointment.
Recently, we called Milani because we had a leak, which turned out to be from our bathtub drain and involved a major fix to a very old steel pipe. Arash, who did our quote (on the Saturday) was prompt and professional, and they scheduled someone to come do the major fix the next business day.
George, who did the major work, provided us with amazing service and was very amicable during the whole service call. He was very informative and walked us through exactly what work he would be doing so that we knew what to expect up front. He was very quick in his work, but thorough and highly professional in his speech and manner. Highly recommended, wouldn't think twice about requesting him specifically the next time we need Milani's services. Thank you!
