Tony and Ram installed a 12 000 BTU mini split unit in my condo apartment. Tony scheduled an appointment for installation very promptly and provided me with a great price.
However, the split unit has been making rattling/whirring/clicking noises ever since installation, and they were not able to pinpoint and resolve the problem when I called them for service.
