Got pool liner installed and within 1 year had multiple wrinkles told them about it said it was my fault now 4 years later have over a dozen wrinkles one of them is over 6 feet long and my liner bubble's out 2 inches from wall above water level never will I get them to do anything they cut corners on everything they install

Gave me a estimate at my house,tells me 4100&3200 to buy the pool.after 3weeks they bring a deck ladder.i had to buy a ladder when they can see NO DECK

When I put a deposit on a pool I was told I would pay a $500 deposit for the pool and a $500 deposit for install. Then pay for the pool a few days prior to the installation. I paid a $500 deposit on Visa. Then after the install quote went in to arrange install I was then told I had the pay the full amount for the pool (approx $4000) and someone would get back to me with install date. No one called. I called them, they can't tell me and will call in about 4 weeks. Also, they made me pay by debit even though the deposit was on Visa and their contract lists methods of payments as cheque, Visa, Mastercard or other. Worried.

I just want to thank the team that came out to close my pool this season. I am a new pool owner and was very nervous at the thought of doing it myself, so I hired MP Paradise Pools at a very reasonable price. I never go with the lowest bidder but they weren't the most expensive either. The guys who closed it were polite and patient while I asked a hundred questions on what they were doing. The pool looked great when they were finished putting the cover on and I felt great knowing the job was done right. Will see you guys in the spring when it needs to be opened. LOVE THE STAFF AT MP PARADISE IN ST CATHARINES, THEY ARE ALWAYS SO HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY EVERYTIME WE GO THERE. THEY SAVED MY POOL AND MY PATIENCE WHEN I HAD AN ALGAE PROBLEM. I WENT IN AND THEY CLEARED IT UP IN ONE DAY JUST IN TIME FOR MY POOL PARTY THE NEXT DAY. I WOULD RECOMMEND MP PARADISE TO ANYONE WHO WANTS PROMPT AND KNOWLEDGABLE SERVICE.

Our pool was scheduled to be installed on a Friday, the water trucks had already been ordered. We called paradise earlier in the week to see what time they would be coming out so that we could time everything right, was told that person was not available to speak with we would have to call back. Came down to the Friday that the pool was suppose to be installed that someone from the office called to state that there was a scheduling mishap and that they would not be out to install our pool until the middle of the next week. Office team does not have a clue what is going on from one person to the next. On a Tuesday the dismantle team came to remove my above ground pool and broke my tomato plant and left my garden hose strewn all over the back yard, Called Paradise the next day to inquire what time they were coming to do the install. Sales representative told me flat out that they did not install above ground pools and that they had not been at my house to dismantle old pool and that they had never been to my house to provide a quote for an above ground pool. Finally Jennifer was reached who seems to be the only person who knows what is going on at that place and assured that they would be out that day. The install team showed up around 5 pm and did a good job. Better than what is expected from that company at this point. However, its been 2 weeks and the floor of my pool is uneven and has bumps and lumps but I am guessing they will work themselves out over time. We have gone into the paradise pool store on Thorold Road 3 times for supplies and water testing and quite frankly have been made to feel like we are putting them out of their way by asking questions. At one point we were looking to purchase different stairs that were about $399 and it was an inconvenience for the sales member to actually look to see if it was in stock. So, instead we made the drive to Boldt pools where the customer service is excellent and their pricing is much more reasonable than paradise. I would never recommend paradise pools to any friends or strangers that were looking for a pool. Unless of course you don't mind poor customer service and unpredictable service
