Statement retraction, notice error, there are no issues with Loctite, Greg has and had resolved any all issues with customer that happened and are very satisfied with the resolves put into place.

We are on year 3 and countless back and fourth. Our job has been a nightmare from the start and my house looks terrible. I've dealt with the owner and supposed managers, senior crew managers...seen it all and done it all. I've been spoken to beyond rudely...never have I experienced anything like this. We have been miserable since day one, we come home to our house everyday hating our front walkway. They ruined every aspect of this job for us. 3 years we have been dealing with botched repairs and guarantees, the crews sent here to remedy were not experienced enough, plain and simple. Not once has the owner himself come down for his own view to see what was done and how poorly it was done. Again this year my whole porch has fallen apart and our walkway caved in. We have no idea on what to do or how to resolve this....we tried every year to work with them and each time gave them the benefit of the doubt...we give up....they simply do not care.
