My lawn was not in a good condition and every year I would end up with a lot of weeds . Lawnsavers have really looked after my lawn . My lawn looks so healthy now I have not seen any weeds in the last few years. The representatives are very helpful and they have provided me with an excellent service and really taken care of my lawn .

I have lost track of how many years now LawnSavers has been looking after the health of our lawn. They have proven themselves over and over to be knowledgeable, professional, and reliable at caring for our yard and at recommending steps we can take to help the process succeed. Each visit (we get at least 8 each growing season) they provide an overview of what they did, observations they made, and suggestions to maintain/improve the lawn. We are very happy to call them our lawn specialists and welcome their friendly team back for another year.

The lawn was in desperate need of restoration when we purchased our house. Weeds and bare patches were abundant on our corner property. Following the first do-it-ourselves summer, it was clear our lawn was more than we could manage. LawnSavers worked with us to address concerns. They applied environmentally-friendly products to control weeds and to fertilize; they aerated and overseeded. After 2 years of treatment, our lawn was looking vibrant and healthy. Eight years later, we continue to use LawnSavers. They offer seasonal packages with add-on services to address specific issues. And we are confident that products used are safe. We receive advance notice of service calls. I am not sure if the timing is planned or coincidental, but certain applications requiring follow-up with watering (to optimize the treatment) seem to take place the day before rain is forecast! This strategic timing saves us hauling the water hose around the property the next day. Office staff are helpful in recommending service options to suit our budget and never oversell. We are grateful for the tech services Steven, Blair, and others provide. We enjoy our lawn...and the compliments from neighbours.

Thanks to installed irrigation system and lawn care, our front and back yard lawns have improved over the years. We are no longer left guessing how to apply treatments ourselves or choose safe, environmentally-friendly products to apply.

We've owned our home for over 25 years and had never hired a lawn company before. We'd tried to go as natural as possible by hand picking weeds, but because we back on to a ravine the clover and other weeds were overtaking the grass. LawnSavers seemed to have a lower 'chemical' footprint than some others, so we thought we'd give them a try for one season. Well, that was four years ago. We have been completely satisfied with this company. Our lawn has improved immensely. They told us it would take a while to get the clover under control, which it has, but we were patient and are very pleased with the results.
In the first season we had an issue with a huge patch of grass that died off suddenly, for no apparent reason. I called Lawnsavers and they had a technician out the next day. They completely reseeded the area and checked on it several times, all at no extra cost. Amazing service!
The staff who handle the phones are all very friendly and helpful. This is one company I actually enjoy phoning!

Our lawn has never looked so good. We have an especially rough/weedy area and LawnSavers had it looking great all summer long!! They even leave individualized instructions after each application. Try them out - you won't be sorry. Thank you LawnSavers.

I would highly recommend this company. I have used 4 companies in 30 years, and this was the most impressive. My lawn looks amazing. They take the time to talk to you, and you feel that their products are not being watered down like some of the other companies. If need be, they will come back if you have any concerns about your lawn. I also like the fact that they call prior to coming, and actually give you a mini report card on how your lawn is doing. A wise choice!

Lawnsavers are a top-notch lawn care provider. In late summer and early fall this year Lawnsavers provide professional, reliable and effective lawn care services for me on every visit they performed. Every visit they left me a detailed explanation of my lawn services done, the health of my lawn, and any area of concern. In this short time so far that I have been with Lawnsavers, I have already seen great improvement in my lawn's health.
I highly recommend anyone who is seeking a lawn care provider and looking for immediate results and a reasonable amount of money.

We have been using lawn savers for a number of years. They provide us with excellent customer service and care for our lawn. They keep us well informed about the status of the lawn always offering solutions to keep the lawn looking beautiful. Very well run company!

I am completely disatisfied with the Lawncare services provided by Lawnsavers. While there seems to be some positive reviews, I have found that comments posted are not indicative of my experience.

There have been several problems:
1. I opted not to pre-pay and instead elected to pay by visit. Every single invoice I received was incorrect. Customer Serviceproceeded to tell me to calculate the correct amount I was quoted and pay this. Something to do with system constraints. Probkem was that on some invoices I wasn't even sure what the correct amount was.

2. Various calls and emails that a technician was going to complete a service but they did not show up. Reasons given for not showing up were dubious at best. Excuses provided that just did not make sense (e.g. Gate locked when it was not).

3. Promises that someone was going to call me but no one reached out to me. Claims that they called, but my incoming call list at home, work and cell phone showing no indication that they called.

4. When I called about my invoice, I received different amounts on what I actually owed, depending on who I spoke to. Also customer service reps who were not familiar with the quote provided to me.

5. they claim that their fiesta weed control is so effective. This was the year with the most weeds that I have had on the lawn. Spent more time pucking weeds by hand than any other year. Promises were made to have the technician meet with me when I was home to discuss my lawn needs. No one ever came nor did customer service ensure that the commitment was fulfilled.

6. Promises for the Operations Manager to contact me but again this individual did not call. No messages were left on my cell phone, work and home numbers.

I will be using a different company to complete my remaining services for the year. Suffice it to say I definitely will not be using their services next year. This company really demonstrated their ineptitude and lack of follow through.
