Our strata complex hired Kerr Construction to replace skylights in our complex in June of this year (2013)
Widely varying quotes from bidding contractors led the Strata Corporation to seek advice from the engineers who performed the Building Envelope Assessment some years ago. The information we received led to the selection of Kerr Construction / Absolute Roofing ( their sister company) because of their
combined experience which gave the Strata Corporation a greater level of of assurance that the work was in competent hands.
The project was carried out in a timely, professional and very courteous manner and based on that positive experience the Strata Corporation intend to re-hire Kerr Construction/Absolute Roofing to replace more skylights next year.
