I was pleasantly surprised in our call to Kampen to hear the steps offered by Sara at to see if we could fix an issue with our Sub-Zero refrigerator ourselves before booking a service call.
That does not happen very often.
Sara explained the technical issues very clearly, so we followed the steps to see if we could fix the issue ourselves.
In the end, we needed to book a tech appointment.
During the service call we were impressed with the very professional attitude. No upselling, actually the opposite.
