Kampen Appliance Service

As always Tim is professional, knowledgeable, courteous and just downright friendly. No one likes to need a service call....but if you do Tim is the guy you want fixing your appliance. Can’t say enough good about Tim and the company he works for.

We had a service technician scheduled for a Friday, and we were pleasantly surprised when he arrived 2 days early! This is great as we are a health care community and really needed our oven to work!

Amrit always diagnoses and fixes our appliance issues promptly and fairly. It is a pleasure to have their employees in our home. On time, on budget and the problem is fixed. We have used them for over 10 years at 2 different homes and have always been pleased.

Are washer had issues running through a full cycle. Originally we thought it was the latch, but on the second visit Bill, adjusted the door so it closed better. This fixed the problem, and we were not charge for a second visit.

Our gas oven stopped working at noon and we had a large dinner party that evening. A lot of cooking was going on to prepare ! I urgently called Kampen Appliances to see if they could help on such short notice. They reached out to a service person who was in the area . He accommodated us and came and repaired our stove. We were back up and cooking by 130 !!! Now that’s first class service

Needed to repair freezer door seal and sliders. This was under warrantee so I paid nothing, but they moved quickly to do the inspection, order the part and completed the repair.

The Service by Kampen Appliance to the new Wolf stove was very good. The Service Technicians knew exactly what to do and were very experienced with this product. The reason for the service was a recall to exchange a couple of components. The work was completed to our full satisfaction. Thank you.

He was very helpful. Repairman Replaced burned out "board" - arrived same day and took care of issue.
