The time we had available for an urgent service call was very constrained. Kampan worked with us to accommodate our schedule. We are very grateful.

Fred showed up on time. Was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He diagnosed the problem, replaced the part and answered all my questions. He even took the time to look at my other oven and noticed that the door was not levelled and adjusted it. I will only use Kampen for all my repairs.

Kampen first tried to give me instructions to complete the repairs myself to avoid costs. This included sending me detailed instructions by email and providing direction by phone. Unfortunately the repair required a replacement part but Kampen was able to arrange for service the next day. The entire process was highly professional and I would recommend them immediately.

The entire organization is VERY professional and stands out from any other repair service I’ve dealt with. Right from the initial telephone contact, they were courteous, helpful and professional. The repair technician arrived right on time, the repair was completed quickly (they charge by 15 minute intervals, along with an initial base charge) and there were NO surprises. They may or may not be the least expensive (I didn’t shop around because I am quite particular who I hire. We have used their services previously on our refrigerator, and that was a great experience as well.)

The refrigerator stopped working and the next morning I was able to arrange for a technician to assess the problem come at the end of his day. This happened because the person who took the call called the technician while I was on the phone. Cud is to her!!!
Peter told me it would cost over $2000 to repair and suggested that I might want to replace it since it was 26 years old. Although it took 6 days before he was able to do the repair, we felt that he knew what he was doing and the fridge is working fine. I had asked that the light bulbs which weren't working be replaced but he must have forgotten. Otherwise we are very satisfied.

Freezer repair fast,efficient and would highly recommend solved it and made sure clean up was done

Brand new Wolf stove hood was making loud clicking noises. Technicians were on time, courteous, thorough and explained the problem. The hood is working fine now.
