A couple of years ago I came across a K-Wood brochure on a colleague’s desk only to find out that her kitchen, completed by K-Wood, was pictured in the catalogue.
My colleague is a perfectionist and if she was satisfied with the job, I knew I would be, too.
So when I was ready to renovate my kitchen, I approached K-Wood. After the first visit, I was convinced that I would be getting the work done by them. John, the owner, met with us and showed us around the workshop. John was professional and pleasant to communicate with.
Although the staff at K-Wood are all professional and equally proficient, I requested that our job be assigned to Joe Ngai – the gentleman who had worked on my colleague’s kitchen. Over the next month we went back and forth with Joe who helped us design our kitchen and ensured that our requests were complied with and gave us his valuable input whenever needed. The job was completed within the timelines indicated and we are now enjoying the kitchen of our dreams.
