Ive used them for demos and lots of bins, always on time and great prices. The demo was always timely and neat for a demo they always take pride in their work definitely recommend them

Had junk king remove existing bath, kitchen, and basement. They were on time, professional and efficient. There was no 'extra' charges as some try charging.

I have a Toronto based construction company. I have tried many junk removal/ demo crews over the years. Ray and his guys at junk king blow them all out of them out of the water.

He is always there when he tells me he will be and his prices are hard to beat.

They really are the best of the best.

Ray dropped off on time, picked up on time, put down wood to protect the driveway, charged what he said he was going to charge and provided a receipt from the dump the next day. What else could you ask for?

BONUS: The $150. bin charge covers 2 WEEKS. Much more time than most other companies. This was a big deal for us as there was no panic to get stuff out. Also, it's the same price regardless of size, but if you go bigger than 14yd. it would be hard to get the stuff over the top of the wall.

We've been living in this house for 20 years and are moving to a condo. Amazing what you can keep when you have room. We filled up most of a 14 cu. yd. bin and weighed in at about 2,700 lbs. Ray was very helpful letting us know what could and couldn't go in and responded to email questions very quickly.

Dropoff and Pickup were flawless and on schedule. Bin was clean and ready to go right after the delivery. Flat rate price and per tonne price is the best you can find.

Ray also used wood under the bin on my driveway to prevent any damage.

Would use again for bin services, but I hope I won't need to - we were able to fit an 8x8 shed and 100ft of fence in the bin we ordered. Thanks again Ray!

Ray and Shane were fantastic. I had a garage full of stuff that had been taken over by raccoons. I needed everything removed, 80% of it junked and then the remaining put back into the garage after pest control came to disinfect and seal the garage. They also took down a large fort in the backyard. They were fast, professional and very acomodating. The price was very fair for the work that was done. I would highly recommend them for any demolition and removal job.

Ray and his crew did an excellent job of cleaning out old furniture and demolishing our basment, they were punctual, proffesional and they left the site cleaner then they found it! We will not hesistate to use them again for any future demo projects! Thanks guys!
