This is the second time I am using this company for a move. The first time was flawless. The second time, well that was this July 2021 and this was a different story. I was overall Ok with the move despite it being very rushed and all my items were just dumped in the garage and front foyer of the new house. A few days later I noticed that my massage chair was broken. When I took pictures and emailed them explaining that this was a new chair for my disabled mother and I really needed someone to fix this their response was go through the warranty that you bought your chair from they should cover at a reduced rate and they will give me a $100 ESSO gift card instead. I am furious. I get mistakes and accidents happen, but for you to not take accountability for your mistakes is what makes you different from a reputable company and just another money making organization. In my last email yesterday, I have given them another chance to make this right and to come fix this. I will update this with their response. Please be warned before booking this company.
