Jameson Pool & Spa

Decided on putting in a pool and do backyard work and wanted a one stop shop. Not only was Jameson able to provide us one stop shopping, the provide great customer service, great ideas, and reasonable pricing.

They had to break my concrete 3 times to find a leak and then did not match the new concrete with the old. Quality of the concrete cracking, chipping and a rougher concrete than originally there. Promised only to make one hole. Made a mess of my new concrete surround. Staff is not very qualified. They have one qualified person who they spread so thin between jobs that they are never there 100%. Job is handed off to college kids--who know nothing.

I did call Jameson to come and look at the terrible job they did and basically the response was "oh, well too bad for your luck"
Because it took so long to do the job. The dirt(soil) that was piled at the side of the pool for 2 weeks slide back into the pool and discoloured my liner because there is red clay in the soil. Now my liner looks like it has freckles. If the dirt was not there for weeks that would not of had time to happen. You did come and inspect and did nothing about it. I also think those reviews that give you the score of 10 are probably friends of the company. I have heard many complaints about this company from other customers while standing in the store for assistance.
Do yourself a favour and DO NOT use this company. I find a small independant company much more customer friendly. Support the little guy I say. Get more bang for your buck.

Jameson pool's entire staff was amazing. Everyone performed their roles flawlessly and were very friendly and helpful. Buying a pool is literally like buying a cottage or second home and Jameson made the experience one that was memorable and enjoyable. We will recommend them to everyone we know who is planning a pool, because Jameson simply is the best!

Last Summer we had Jameson install a pool for us.
We were please with the process and the results.
We found Paul and Jane to be very professional and informative.
Their construction crew were respectful neat and tidy.

Clear expectations and accountabilties were set from the get go. Initial interaction with Paul (owner) made us feel valued while answering our questions & concerns. Everyone who touched the project, hit it out of the park. Project lead (Jane)& (Michelle) were awesome. The install guys were all very positive & professional. The team created us a true oasis. Since opening we have been to Jameson for water checks (again all pros) and the team closed our pool hassle free. 2 close neighbours have jumped on the Jameson bang wagon since.

After meeting with Jameson, Solda, Polar and another, we chose Jameson based equally on price, professionalism during our meetings, and reputation. (I am shocked by some of the other reviews on this site -- we've never heard anything negative about Jameson before.)

While Paul Jameson wasn't always easy to reach, he is backed up by a competent office staff, and his crews *always* showed up exactly when we expected them.

Not only are we very happy with the end result, but Jameson Pool & Spa was incredibly forgiving and accommodating when delays were caused by OUR decision making and another landscaper that we had contracted for other backyard work prior to signing on with Jameson.

Jameson pool did our pool and spa during summer 2008.
Everybody we dealt within the company was very reasonable ,helpful and up to expectations.
We cannot wait to enjoy it all this summer!

I don't even know where to begin with the problems we had. Right from the construction stages to completion. We are still waiting for resolution on a issues with construction. The owner has no accountability, took our money and ran ! Would never, ever recommend and wish we knew about this website when we were in the planning stages.
