This organization provides shoddy workmanship and does not stand behind their services.
we retained to open the pool, the crew arrived and were unable to open the pool as our pump was seized, they were to return to complete to finish the job, but claimed the pool was already open. This could not be as the pump was seized and required servicing to make it operational.
When I booked the appointment, they requested my credit card information, and subsequnetly charged my credit card $ 275.40 for a job not completed.
We are in the process of disputing the charge.
Contacted both the Oakville and Mississauga branch, who both agreed with us, the customer that the pool was not opened, however, Head office disagreed.
Mike the manager from the Head Office became verbally aggressive on the phone and quite argumentative.
Where does customer service fit in??
This company will take your money and not provide the service. STAY CLEAR OF THIS ORGANIZATION!!
