Good service, but DRAFTY EXPENSIVE WINDOWS, Poor Quality Frames

I ordered 21 windows and 2 patio doors from this company. Spent over $30,000 with expectations that this company's windows would make my home warmer by not allowing as much air to pass through compared to 25 year old existing windows (old windows were wood inside and PVC outside). I was told:

- frame and glass of window are both made of fiberglass so they will expand and contract equally not causing seal breaks or warps like wood and PVC...they told me this on a factory tour, saying that glass expands/contracts differently from other materials
- fiberglass does not transfer heat or cold like aluminum or steel frames

The windows look gorgeous but the quality of the glass and frame are not on par. The fiberglass frame has very poor insulation inside, not even filling the entire cavity so lots of cold air sits in there from the outside...look at my thermal imaging photos. It's extremely cold to the touch from inside. See my photos...these frames are very poor quality and will run below 5 degrees in the winter. I was told that the cold draft was the result of normal air flowing downward from the glass.

The glass is also of poor quality.... I ordered double pane windows and even triple pane in some rooms and the heat loss is worse than my 25 year old windows. There are drafts that come in through these windows and into the home, it's a major problem when combined with the very poor frames that they use.

I contacted customer service and they replaced one window but still same issue...that's when I saw how cheap the insulation they use is. It's literally an empty frame with some foam insulation and they added a "backer rod" which is a rubberized looking thin roll to help block the draft from outside.

I've had to spend more money to get indoor window inserts from a different company to stop these crazy drafts. The patio doors are even worse...I had to install heated floors to stop them from letting frost in (inside the home)! Again see photos for reference, you can't make this stuff up.

Worse part is, I contacted Inline again to see if I could pay to upgrade the glass to triple pane and was told by my rep it won't make a difference from what I have. I would normally double check this but I believe him since one room in my home already has triple pane windows and we hear dogs barking through it easily with the same cold draft as the double pane windows...

I do not recommend these windows because they allow noise and drafts to pass through very easily.

Approximate cost of services:
$36,000.00

- fiberglass does not transfer heat or cold like aluminum or steel frames

The windows look gorgeous but the quality of the glass and frame are not on par. The fiberglass frame has very poor styrofoam insulation inside, not even filling the entire cavity so lots of cold air sits in there from the outside...it's extremely cold to the touch from inside. See my photos...these frames are very poor quality and will run below 5 degrees in the winter.

The glass is not as bad, but still poor.... I ordered double pane windows and the heat loss is worse than my 25 year old windows. There are drafts that come in through these windows and into the home, it's a major problem when combined with the very poor frames that they use.

I took photos of my old windows and the new fiberglass windows using a heat gun sensor from Flir and the science backed it up...Inline brand new glass was several degrees cooler than existing windows. See photos attached (there's two before/after 12.9 vs 8 degrees).

I contacted customer service and they replaced one window but still same issue...that's when I saw how cheap the insulation they use is. It's literally an empty frame with a cheap piece of styrofoam and insert.

I've had to spend more money to get indoor window inserts from a different company (Indow company, USA) to stop these crazy drafts. The patio doors are even worse...I had to install heated floors to stop them from letting frost in (inside the home)! Again see photos.
