I am using Hometurf for the first time this season. My grass was in the very bad condition and my wife and I decided to use a professional help. After some research we decided to use Hometurf Lawn Care Service. We have chosen a Complete Program. So far we had 3 visits and 5 applications. I phoned a few times a customer service for some questions. Average waiting time is 10 minutes, what is acceptable. Customer service was very helpful, friendly and professional. Our grass is improving, we know it takes some time. We are satisfied with this service and we are confident our grass will be in great shape next spring.
