A service is only as good as it can be performed.
Thanks to COVID-19, we've been home and twice we have witnessed (and videotaped for proof) that the tech just zooms in and out of the backyard with a spreader just to check off his box. Last time the service was done in under 10 seconds for the back and 5 seconds for the front. This time wasn't much different - my interlocked area got more treatment than my grass - and we all know what a warm summer it's been so he could not have missed the areas that really needed more attention.
Was a customer for a few years, they have lost us for life. Sad to say their customer care line not only didn't offer an explanation, at the end just said: Hello? Hello? and hung up! Just shame on you.
