Did not ship correctly.
Broken items had to wait two more weeks to get new orders.
Broken windows with the order.
Poor customer service. Hard to find someone in the store to help.

I bought tile and grout and all tools to do a small job and the guy that helped me was really good. He told me exactly how much tile and helped with colour matching and everything. We finished the job and we were happy and would buy supplies there again.
