Home Depot - Vancouver

Flooring for my condo. Salesman was extremely helpful to me as I wasn't sure what kind of flooring I wanted to go with and what would look best in my home and be the most durable. He helped me find flooring and I am really happy with the outcome.

Did some kitchen rents through them. There was an issue with the counter tops after they were installed. It was great to not have to argue with the installer and Home Depot took care of everything to make sure everything was done right :)

I went in to grab an axe for camping. That was fine; however, the axe broke on the first swing which kind of sucked. I ended up having to drive to a local store and purchasing another axe. When I got back I returned the axe with no hassle. So I have no problems with the store just an unfortunate axe I suppose. Definitely ask if you can use the axe first. They have lots of wood.

Very helpful staff. We went to a few different Home Depots (although most were quite well) but this Home Depot was exceptional in service! We were really please with our bathroom shower fixture and misc items purchased.

I knew what I wanted and how I wanted my bedroom to look, but I didn't know how to go about it. The workers at home depot was so helpful, they let me explain what I wanted and what I wanted the end product to look like. Mike give me his suggestion and with both our ideas my bedroom looks amazing.

Great services at this Home Depot location. The staff is willing to go extra miles to help with the right research of products and giving useful renovation advice along the process. The product exchange and refund policy also gives good peace of mind just in case the wrong product is purchased. They can even process exchange or refund in case receipt is lost simply by looking up your credit card ( for purchases paid in credit card). Product financing also generally available. Great one stop location to plan, research and purchase renovation needs.

I renovated a kitchen at my mother's house, and bought everything I need at one place Home Depot, had all my needs, except it was short staff, but found everything i needed and got it done. Would do it again.

the sales assistant at Home Depot recommended marble matchstick tiles to go with subway tiles. It looks fantastic! We are going to do 2 more bathrooms the same way in our rental property.

All of the staff were very helpful and I was able to find the type of wood I need for my project at home. The staff member doing the cutting did all of the lifting and even offered to call someone to help me load it into my vehicle after checkout.

Really convient locations, service staff could use more product knowledge. Selection of building materials are ok. Specialty items must be ordered. Prices are competitive.seasonal department is convient as well. Would like to see more informed sales people.
