We had Home Decor install 2 executive front doors and a cutom wrought iron window in August. Overall the doors are nice, as is the window, however, response time and quality of work is something that was not up to our standards.

The team who installed the doors left a large scratch behind and did not proactively reach out to us to fix it. These doors cost $7000 and if we wanted a door with a scratch on it I'm sure we could have paid far less.

We hounded the company to come and have someone fix the door and it was a very frustrating experience. A company that leaves a scratch behind on day one, basically leaving you with a damaged product, and then you have to chase them down to fix it shows little integrity and non-existent customer service.

After a many weeks they finally sent someone to fix the scratch. Once the panel had been reinstalled we noticed 2 new scratches on the door left by Home Decor's team. We once again called the company to find out what could be done have yet to hear back. It has been quite a few weeks now and we’ve heard nothing.

As of today we have expensive new doors with scratches on them and not even an apology from the company.

I would not recommend this company to anyone I know.

In early July we had the windows on our entire house replaced by Home Decor Window and Door Centre. Our salesman Joseph was excellent from beginning to end. He came and measured our windows and made really helpful suggestions as to what kind of windows we should put in each spot (i.e. frosted windows in the bathroom or windows that opened differently than what we already had). He respected our budget and helped us stay as close to it as possible. As well, he made sure he came and checked on the job as it was being installed to make sure everything was going smoothly. As for the installation, Frank and his crew of 2 other guys were amazing. They arrived on time, got right to work and managed to finish the job in the time they said they would. They were careful with our things while working in the house and cleaned up everything after themselves, both inside and outside the house. Overall, we were very happy with our experience with Home Decor Window and Door Centre and would highly recommend them to anyone! Although windows are a very expensive investment, they are totally worth it!

We were looking to replace our 30 year-old front door, side lights and overhead transum. We had several vendors simply quote a replacement for what was currently there but Tony De Bartolo from Home Decor was the only vendor who actually discussed different alternatives of size, shape, colour and design which we had never considered before. His suggestions were not only wonderful, but added a whole new appearance to our entrance. We've had numerous cmpliments on the design and workmanship. Well done !!!

The Team at Home Decor were fantastic from the consultation and design to the manufacturing and installation process. As always, they were very professional, provided excellent products and beautiful workmanship. With a major home reno, needed a new front door. Home Decor was the only company I could find offering a true vinyl door and frame, that LOOKED like real wood; in virtually any stain colour required. After making an initial decision of a white frame and a stained door, we changed our mind to a have the frame stained as well. At that point the door was already in production and a change was too late. Joe our account manager called us back a week later and had another customer with the same frame size who required their frame in white. Joe was able to switch the frames!... This was great news! The installation crew did an amazing job, sealed the gaps, fitted the door and finished everything off. The door is now the centerpiece of our new home. Thanks to everyone at Home Decor!

We had a very tight timeline to order our windows (we found out with only 6 weeks to go that in fact we did already have fibreglass pink, so at last minute we decided to put that money toward windows and doors instead).

At the consulation, Joseph was most helpful in suggesting what types of windows to get, based on the layout of our house and outdoor porch. He also promised that we would get the windows in time for the final provincial energy audit, and he moved mountains to do so.

The installers were very efficient and resourceful, dealing with some complicated outdoor features that caused problems reaching the windows. Finally, they were very tidy both inside and outside the house, cleaning up the sidewalk, garden, and rooms of the wood splinters and waste.

I am thrilled with our windows, especially the coloured frames we splurged on for the front of the house!

Joe arrived at our home in late November to discuss the purchase and installation of a new front door and side lights. Joe spent over an hour discussing all aspects; answering my many questions and making excellent suggestions. Since my husband was at the office, Joe then invited both of us to visit the showroom, on a Saturday, to see all available door and glass choices; as well as the many different hardware options. Joe was so very patient! Our new door was installed last week - the installers were excellent. Ruben took charge immediately upon his arrival....working steadily, in very cold weather, to complete the installation in a timely fashion. They also tidied up when they were finished. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone!

We were able to confidently choose Home Decor for our project after meeting Joseph at our home and also meeting Tony, the owner, at the showroom. Joseph was very helpful with his suggestions for a beautiful and practical product to suit out house. He is knowledgeable and confident of the quality of the products his company sells. He also conveyed his confidence in the workmanship of the installers. He was attentive to the details such as the beautiful glass window, the entry set, the door frame, and the threshold. As promised, Joseph visited our home on the day of the installation and even made a special trip to buy an illuminated doorbell!

We contacted several companies to quote on the replacement of our nearly 100 year old oak door and sidelites, as we really wanted to preserve the character of our home. Joe Gerring from Home Decor was by far the most helpful, patient, and responsive of the sales people we spoke with. Will putting on absolutely no pressure, he took us through our options, showed us LOTs of photos of similiar styles. We finally settled on an absolutely beautiful arts & crafts style fibreglass door. Home Decor was able to custom fit our sidelites to our opening and desired glass height (something that the competitors were not able/willing to do without a huge markup).

We were pleasantly surprised with the short lead time - only about four weeks from ordering to installation in what i can imagine is a busy time of the year. The installation crew was fantastic - very considerate, thorough, and professional. They took their time and even scooted back to the factory to grab additional materials when our less than square house presented a challenge.

Finally, we also really appreciated their "all in one" price - quote contained everything from tax, staining, to installation , to hardware and trim....basically the total amount of money we'd be out of pocket for a complete door system (all that matters for the homeowner). For every other quote we had to add in at least one of these factors to get at total cost.
