Leaky boiler and we were sent a technician first thing the next morning. The night of they were helpful over the phone with troubleshooting. Friendly and quick, would definitely use again. Fixed boiler and did annual inspection.

We hired Hoerner to replace our aging water heater tank with a tankless system. Nicolas and Matt from Hoerner were an absolute pleasure to deal with. They capped and rerouted gas and water lines to situate the new tankless heater on the other side of our basement where it could be mounted and properly vented. Both of the guys were incredibly friendly, professional and communicative. We'll hire Hoerner again for any future HVAC projects without hesitation.

I was traveling for work and we had a toilet leak. They came promptly, cut a hole in dry wall, provided $10 hose (charged $100 for the hose) then left. 15 min visit, $350 charge. Same toilet leaking a week later, add 2 seals and charge $400, 10 min visit.... then said my wife should replace toilet Completely took advantage and price gouged my wife. Service was good, but price was ridiculous. Better off using jiffy app going forward!

This is the third time (for unrelated issues) that HHPD has been to our house. Each time tech has been helpful in explaining the issues and resolutions. Their detailed approach and clear discussion was something that has been helpful each time.

Our Heating Technician, Nicolas, was absolutely fantastic, very thorough and thoughtful. He solved a complicated heating issue - we had a rather obscure problem with our expansion tank - and got everything running perfectly. I'm so impressed with the patient way he interacted with me, taught me about our new Veissmann system, and explained what he was doing. Everyone we've interacted with has been caring and responsive, Kim kept in touch by email as we set up the appointment and sent a photo of Nicolas on the day of the appointment so we could verify that he was working for Hoerner, Andrew Hoerner came by to check in and make sure we were happy. The job was not billed on an hourly basis, but on the type of service call, so it was very reasonable.

I'm so happy we found Hoerner, this is a wonderful family-run company. We're new customers, now customers for life, we'll call them for all our heating and plumbing solutions.

Hoerners technician, James, was professional and personable. He fixed a poorly installed toilet in 1/2 hour and left the washroom clean. I received a profile with a bio and picture before arrival and paid electronically at the price quoted. I would use these guys again.

This review is a pleasure to write. I have had Hoerner Heating come to my house on several occasions and each time was worthy of a 10 star rating.

On Dec. 23rd 2019 I called their emergency line because my thermostat had broken and the heat in the house was dropping. I think it was the coldest night of the year and it was 10:30 p.m. Derek called me to let me know that he would be coming over to replace the thermostat but he lived in Oakville and had been on call all evening and it would take him 45 minutes to get here. And he did. Derek is a gentleman, friendly,
knowledgable, hard working and he smiled. When he finished,
it was around 12:30 and then he had to drive home to Oakville. What great service! I will always use Hoerner Heating and Plumbing.
The office staff are also amazing. Robyn, Tracey, Kim and Angel.

We called Hoerner to fix a toilet this time around. We used this company to install a backwater valve, fix a hand shower and install a toilet. They provided good workmanship, reasonable prices and were very effective.

I’ve been using Hoerner Heating & Plumbing for almost a decade and I’m always impressed with their service. From the office team to the trade professionals, everyone is really is so knowledgeable, passionate and caring. I really love that this is a local, family business where everybody always has your back and treats you as if you are an important member of the family. I recently became a landlord and even my tenants are impressed with how genial everyone at Hoerner is. Most importantly for me is how responsive they are when I need them and how quickly and thoroughly they asses the issue, find a solution and complete the work in the most cost effective manner. Fantastic job with tricky replacement of original cast iron drain stack that had cracked. The team also managed to replace clay basement floor drains with ABS without having to break up the tiled and heated floor in the bath.
