We were having work done to waterproof our basement and needed to relocate our water heater. Our technician, Nick, was extremely professional: on time, thorough, offered detailed explanations, and made sure that we were fully satisfied with the work. Moreover, Nick took the time to diagnose and make spot recommendations on things that we should consider to simplify/cleanup our plumbing setup (note: we have an old Leslieville house, so the plumbing is a bit eclectic). We also liked being able to seeing our quote on the iPad before commencing the work and also paying by credit card on the spot.
Our experience with Nick has made it that Hoerner will be go our "go to" for any plumbing needs. We'll also be reaching out to them about HVAC because we like the idea of working with reputable local company that doesn't subcontract.
