Existing furnace warrant tracker
I did my home work two years ago but still can’t avoid catching in deception trap. When we signed contract with High Life, they promised take over existing furnace warrant and write it down. In fact, we bought this new built house almost one year, they actually warrant the furnace means only one month left. Special air conditioning install time is coming summer.
When we call customer services about noise, told us warrant time expired long time ago. Only one month “summer furnace” warrant which is a ridiculous promise.
