The windows look beautiful. They are very high quality, have the best workmanship and the price is very reasonable. We are very lucky to have found the best company for our window replacement.

Our 20 year old screen door was not closing properly. We thought a new door handle was needed. I was connected to Jim (who has helped me in the past) and, after asking a number of questions to get a better understanding of the problem, he told me how to fix it, eliminating the need and cost of a service call.

You don't get that kind of stellar service anymore. THANK YOU, Jim!

Very pleasant experience with Jimmy and the lady at the service desk. They provided a replacement part (the wheels for the sliding doors) on the spot..no ordering or waiting. They had a record of our purchase and installation from 20 + years ago.
We even met the sales person (Seymours - sp) who sold us the doors.
It was a pleasure to deal with the staff and they provided excellent advice on proper lubrication of the wheels

The team was so kind and approachable and was able to make last minute adjustments without any issue. Highly recommended.

Parts missing, installer not helpful. Told missing parts were chargeable but upon seeing photos of installation GEM agreed to replace at no charge sending more experienced installers (three) to correct the mess left by the first installer.
We have in the past been very satisfied with GEM but disappointed this time but pleased with their desire to resolve our complaint

The handle on our screen door had broken off after many years, so we went back to Gem to order a replacement handle, but Jim quickly went to check at the back and came back with a spare one and gave it to us for free. Talk about customer service! Over the last 20 years, Gem has always provided us with excellent products and services, and we highly recommend them!
