Jeffery did preliminary check. Quick and efficient. Discovered that a new gas control valve was needed. We took the weekend to decide whether to replace entire fireplace. Dwayne did the repair job. Excellent service. Both technicians were informative regarding the work needed, polite, they both cleaned up after the job was completed. We will definitely recommend this company to friends and family. Found this company through the internet.

Call gasFix to have my fireplace cleaned and started. A person by the name of Scott had been here to clean and start the fireplace. I was glad it was Scott as he is very particular with his work and takes the time to do it right.

Fireplace would not light on main burner. Called gasfixfireplace and they repaired it as per appt. time. Job was professional and all the mess was cleaned up upon completion of work. Thanks Scott for the great work.

This is the third time that I have used Gas Fix over the past 5 years for various repairs. Once for our gas fire place, once for our past pool heater and just yesterday (July 29, 2013) for our one year old gas pool heater. Each time we have been very pleased with the prompt, friendly and professional service that we have received from Scott and his team. Scott was the tech that came out yesterday. When he diagnozed the problem as needing a new board in my mind I was thinking (how many days is it going to take before the board gets delivered to Scott and how long will it take for him to come back and install it?) But to my surprise, Scott told me that they try and keep a lot of parts in stock so that they can fix the problem right away. I was very impressed with that answer. Within 35 minutes from the time Scott arrived until he replaced the part our pool heater was running again. Customer satisfaction is #1 for Gas Fix. I highly recommend using this business if you need repairs for your gas pool heater and/or gas fire place. Scott is very fair with his pricing.

We would highly recommend Scott of Gasfix. He was prompt, very knowledgeable and extremely professional. In repairing our pool heater, a problem arose involving work done from another trade. Scott willingly spoke with them; he was able to explain the issue that needed to be changed. They agreed with Scott. He then arranged for these tradesmen to return to our home, once our heater repair was complete, to properly adjust our shed roof. Scott's calm and patient manner made the situation much easier to deal with. Awesome work!

When our pool heater would not start we called GasFix at 5pm, Scott showed up at 8:30am the next morning and fixed the problem all while explaining how the components were affected. He was very knowledgable and has made some great recommendations in order to keep our pool heater running smoothly. Thanks Scott.

Called yesterday for repair and Dwayne arrived this morning on time, with a mat to protect the work area, diagnosed the problem (a nicked wire) that explained the intermittent functioning since we bought the house, had the replacement part on his truck, and explained fully how to optimize and use the fireplace. Wish we had his expertise much sooner. Highly recommend his services.

Scott came and fixed my gas fireplace when two other repair people, including the company that installed it could not figure out the problem. He was polite, professional and did a great job!
