Four Seasons Sunrooms GTA

My mom wanted to write a review, this is what she thinks:

"First of all, I would like to say thank you to Matt, Jack, and the rest of the crew for making my dream come true. Matt was very patient with me, it took about a year of back and forth conversations before I finally decided to build my sunroom. Matt guided me through the entire process from beginning to end to design a room that was exactly what I wanted. The only thing I regret it is that I wish I could make it a little bit bigger, but regardless, they did an amazing job. Everything was done in a nice and clean manner. All I can say is that it is perfect and now completes the vision I had for the dream home I have been waiting for over than 10 years. Now my house is bright and beautiful, when I wake up in the morning I always get this “Wow” feeling of being able to see the sun shining through - it’s like living paradise. If you want to make a sunroom, I would suggest making it earlier rather than later. Overall, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND contacting Matt if you’re planning on building a sunroom!"

Four Seasons did a fabulous job on our reno. Not a small job either.
We had a small window in our dining area at the back of the house which didn't allow a lot of natural light.
We added a 10' x 6' bay window, which required structural support for the upper floor and cutting out most of the back wall.
Their crew came on the day they specified, took their time and did the job exactly as we had in our estimate. The window is amazing, tons of natural light flows into the house now.
There is a seating area as well, which was a bonus.
Jack (owner) came by every day and made sure we were happy with the job. The guys cleaned up the site everyday and when the job was complete (on time), they made sure the yard was free of any building materials and garbage.

The sales people were knowledgeable and very patient with all our questions. The construction crew were very hard working, even in the crazy summer heat. Overall a fantastic, awesome experience all around.

We were in the market for a company to renovate or replace an existing structure that we had on the front of our house. After shopping around, we came across the internet ad for Four Seasons so we called and in a short time the assessment was booked.

Matt visited our house and assessed our needs, and as we feared, the current structure was not salvageable due to years of water damage. While we were concerned with proceeding with such large project, Matt was reassuring and walked us through the process step-by-step, so we knew what to expect, and we were more comfortable to move forward.

We were very happy with the construction crew, headed by Lazlo, were professional, helpful, efficient, and answered any questions that we had throughout the process. Lazlo also paid great attention to detail, and took time to ensure that everything was done properly. The Four Seasons team promptly addressed any concerns that we had, and did what they could to make sure that we were happy with the results. We were also very happy with the timelines, construction moved very quickly and the project was completed on time.

Overall we were very pleased with the results. Not only did we gain a beautiful, comfortable and functional room, but the curb appeal of our house has been greatly enhanced. We get compliments on our new Sun Room all the time; from both family and friends, and neighbours who are just passing by.

The workmanship and product are first class.Once work commenced there was no delays and work was completed on schedule.We are very happy with the end result and would certainly recommend this company.

This company was very reliable, honest and got everything done on time. I have no complaints about them and I love our sunroom. The owner and his son were very pleasant to deal with. Whatever they promised, you could count on them doing. I thought the pricing was competitive. I did shop around a bit beforehand. Overall everything was great and I would recommend them.

We had a sunroom built by this company and we absolutely love it. They did a fantastic job. Steve Antoniadis was one of the main workers building the room and he was really good. Initially we weren’t sure if we wanted to spend the money on the project, but now looking back it was Well worth it. We have no regrets about it and would definitely recommend this company to others.

Our sunroom is beautiful. Whenever someone comes to our house and compliments our sunroom I tell them about Four Seasons and recommend them. Everything was done on time and all the guys were nice. The only issue we had was with the gas line. They didn’t use the proper piping underground, so in the winter the frost was too cold and broke the pipe. We called someone else to come fix it right away. Otherwise, they did a really excellent job.

We are very happy with our new sunroom. The whole crew was excellent to work with, especially Jack the owner and the guy who was the technician. He was very good too. We didn’t really have any problems. When I first signed the contract, the price seemed okay. But after I thought more about it did seem expensive. That said, the quality was very good and I would use them again.

With this companies their customers are number 1. They did a great job. Everyone was very nice. Anytime you have a question and you call them, they always call back. They’ve got great service and we’re so happy with our sunroom. I always recommend them to my friends.
