Window install

Jeff and Ethan put in three windows for us and our old home with the utmost of care and consideration. Jeff explained to me as they went what was happening and how they were considering the best approach given our home doesnt have a right angle to save its life. And once installed Jeff again gave me a good overview of operating all the windows and explained their benefits. It was lovely to work with Jeff and Ethan from Clera and I strongly recommend others to reach out to you folks first when considering installing windows. Ill be back next year.

Delayed big time

London

The order was placed in August with the promise of installation in September (6 to 8 weeks). The actual installation happened on the 15th week. Called several times, response was mediocre ("door is not ready", "let me check and call you back" with no call back etc.) When I asked to cancel the order and get my deposit back, the door appeared in London, with the installer coming the next day. So, I decided not to cancel the order.
Now to the better side: The installation was top notch, the installer did a great job. He would be done way sooner if I wasn't too chatty, interrupting his work. Great guy with a lot of patience.

Entire home window replacement

We were generally happy with the work and quality of the windows. There was some damage to the walls and trim during the installation, which they made some efforts to repair. They promised to do a couple of extra things wed asked for but then didnt fulfil the promise in the end. Quality is good, customer service is mediocre.

Window and Door Replacement

The project was completed in 2 stages. Stage 1 was the replacement of 3 windows and the front door. Stage 2 was the replacement of 3 windows and a bay window.
All work was completed as contracted for and very good workmanship. Completely satisfied.
