Clera Windows + Doors

This year, we needed to replace 4 windows and a patio door. Clera Windows and Doors were highly recommended
and after getting more than one quote, we decided to go with them. Rick, their Sales Manager answered all of our
many questions and explained both the product and the installation. He was also very helpful in our decision-making process. The installation team was great- very professional & they were so quiet my two kids could even nap! Everything was on
time and we are very pleased with the quality of the windows and the installation. I would recommend them to
anyone looking to replace their windows!

We had our windows and a patio door replaced by Clera Windows and Doors in the summer of 2011. The
whole experience was great and we are very satisfied with the windows. Rick, the sales manager worked
closely with us explaining the benefits of their windows and arranging the project. The installation team
did a great job and really cleaned up afterwards. I would recommend Clera Windows and Doors to anyone

We choose to purchase 2 bay windows from Clera Windows because the salesman was very professional and not pushy unlike the others 3 companies we received quotes from. Joe was on the job site the day we had the windows fitted and he made us feel confident that the job was being done right. We are planning on doing the rest of our windows and doors with these guys. Job well done.

Todd and his installation crew were terrific, a job well done. The clera windows are an excellent product and this is a great improvement towards the value of our house. The job was done on time and we are happy with the clean-up. We would highly recommend them.

I just had five windows installed by Clera including replacing an old door with a large picture window on my second floor. I appreciated the great idea from my sales person Tom Hartley and now i can enjoy the great breeze and view of the lake that much more. Our experience with Clera Windows and Doors was great. We are doing a major renovation on our home, which includes two additions and three new dormers. The sales representative for Mississauga, Don Liddell, was very helpful in suggesting ideas, including the reuse of some of our existing Clera windows to help keep our cost down. The windows arrived on time. This was very important as they had to co-ordinate the timing with our builder so that we could get the building closed in. The installer Diego was quick and efficient. We are going to build a large stand alone garage this summer and have already placed the order for this with Don.

I wanted to thank you Adam and your team, Kevin and his helper for an excellent job. You helped me select the type and colour of windows and patio door that best suited the house. They look terrific. It just makes such a difference to the look of the house....very elegant, in my estimation!

Kevin and his helper were totally professional in the installation process. They were both very polite, friendly, thorough, showed attention to detail, went above and beyond to make sure the work was properly finished, and always took off their shoes when they were in the house. Kevin walked me through the house afterwards to show me how the windows and patio door operate.

I am very, very satisfied with the quality of the product as well as the quality of the installation and would recommend Clera Windows to anyone who asked. For what has been provided, I don't think the price can be beat!

After purchasing an income property in the London area, I was faced with replacing the majority of the windows. I noticed an advertisement in the local paper and contacted Bill Sanderson. He met with met to discuss my options and really took the time to explain what I should be looking for in replacement windows. I must admit that I was a little nervous about the process but Bill's professional approach and calm demeanor put me at ease and made my experience hassle free.
