Clera Windows + Doors

Ken from Clera windows and doors came out to give us a free estimate on windows and patio doors.
Ken had showen us samples of thier product and how well it was built. Ken also informed us of the life time warranty on thier windows.
My husband and I realy felt that this was what we were looking for. Ken then had figured out a price for the job right then and there at our kitchen table.
My husband and I felt this was a good deal and put an order in for the whole house. When it came time for the install the fellows showed up and went right to work. Very professional , no wasting time to get the job done. Upon finnishing the job I had told Ken that these guys where great I was realy impressed with thier workmanship.We are so very happy with the job well done.

I had previosly bought windows from a local company for the front of my house from a local company. The quality was poor and the install was worse.
Iwas not a happy camper. A few years later I seen Clera windows and doors add in the paper. I Called and talked to the local manager Ken. Whne he came to my home Ken showed me the qaulity of thier windows along with the life time warranty. I was impressed.We ordered windows for the whole house. About six weeks later the installers were here with the windows. The job went great . The guys were very good and very polite. I loved the job they did.

It was a pleasure to have Clera Windows and Doors install our replacement entrance door. We needed a door with glass which would allow more light into our hallway. The selection provided was excellent, with a good choice of glass patterns and a colour match which is indistinguishable from that of our colour scheme. The salesman was punctual and professional. The installation was scheduled to suit our needs, the team arrived on schedule, were professional and efficient. Price was competitive and we were not invoiced until they were satisfied that we were happy with the installation.

I have been dealing with Hans and Sandra at FM Windows and Doors since 2008 and have nothing but praise for all of whom I have dealt with. They are professional, prompt, accurate with their estimates, and follow-up. The installers are pleasant, courteous, and professional as well. Last fall we replaced all our windows and our front door system. We were looking for a custom sized front door to really make our house look unique. We selected Clera Windows and Doors to complete the job and we were very pleased with the result. The sales manager Rick worked closely with us to ensure everything met our needs and wants. Other companies thought our ideas for our front door system were odd and extreme but Rick took it all in stride and found us a door system in his product line that is spectacular. Our door system is the envy of many neighbours! Marc and his installation team did a great job. The work site was clean and the installation very efficient.
