Clera Windows + Doors

I just wanted to say that we have been very happy with the Clera windows from FM that we purchased last year. The design, quality and installation were exactly as promised and more than met our expectations.

The sale would not have come about were it not for Alan's professionalism, attention to detail and understanding of our circumstances.

It was a competitive situation, and Alan won out because he took the time to explain all the facts, gave us the time to make an informed decision, and negotiated a reasonable price that was a win for both parties.

When it came time to purchase the balance of the replacement windows for our home, there was no question that it would be Alan and Clera windows again.

I recently had my windows installed by Clera windows through Chris Larock in Hamilton. I own 2 properties side by side and had some windows replaced in each one. We are very pleased with the windows and the work. We received a phone call from Chris after the windows were installed to see if we were satisfied. We informed him that we were and that there will be more windows to do later on.

This is our fourth time with Clera Windows and Doors, we are very happy with the installers, they were punctual and very professional. Please pass along our thanks and praise. Great job!!

Ken from Clera windows and doors came out to give us a free estimate on windows and patio doors.
Ken had showen us samples of thier product and how well it was built. Ken also informed us of the life time warranty on thier windows.
My husband and I realy felt that this was what we were looking for. Ken then had figured out a price for the job right then and there at our kitchen table.
My husband and I felt this was a good deal and put an order in for the whole house. When it came time for the install the fellows showed up and went right to work. Very professional , no wasting time to get the job done. Upon finnishing the job I had told Ken that these guys where great I was realy impressed with thier workmanship.We are so very happy with the job well done.

I had previosly bought windows from a local company for the front of my house from a local company. The quality was poor and the install was worse.
Iwas not a happy camper. A few years later I seen Clera windows and doors add in the paper. I Called and talked to the local manager Ken. Whne he came to my home Ken showed me the qaulity of thier windows along with the life time warranty. I was impressed.We ordered windows for the whole house. About six weeks later the installers were here with the windows. The job went great . The guys were very good and very polite. I loved the job they did.

I was very happy with the replacement windows and doors that Clera installed in March. The windows and door are very good quality and well built. The sales representative, Gary Gainham was very knowledgeable and professional. The experiences installer completed the installation on time and cleaned up.
