Clera Windows + Doors

We enjoyed excellent service from sales to installation. Clera Windows accommodated our schedules and were thorough and timely in replacing all of the windows in our home. The installers were considerate and professional; they took care of all tidy up. Gerald McDougall visited during installation to ensure that we were happy with the product. Awesome job!

We needed an emergency front door and Dennis Kwasnicki went out of his way to ensure our home was secured and that a rush order was placed for a replacement.

Ranjan and his crew were very professional, doing an excellent job installing the new door, paying attention to the smallest details, and leaving the site clean and tidy. The door itself is very nice and looks great.

I just wanted to make you aware that I am extremely satisfied with my recent purchase from Clera Windows & Doors. The sales man Alan was great to deal with and was very knowledgable. You can tell he is proud of and stands behind the product he sells. The doors were shipped and installed in a timely fashion. The end result is a stunning addition to our home and I plan on using both Alan and Clera for all my future purchases of Windows & Doors.

In early August, 2012, we contracted with Ken Chaston of Clera Windows in Belleville to have two porch enclosures installed at our home. We are pleased to say that the final result has completely met our expectations in terms of quality of installation and appearance. It must be noted that the manufacturing of these enclosures was subcontracted to Everlast Aluminum, who took twice as long as promised to produce them, causing undue anxiety to both Clera Windows and ourselves. However, as soon as Clera received the enclosures, their friendly and skilled installers came promptly to put them in, did an expert job, and cleaned up afterwards.

We are very happy with our new sliding glass door, it has taken a drafty room that was almost unusable and made it very comfortable. No more drafts and our view is perfect. We appreciate the quick and clean installation as well as the fantastic quality. Your installer Gary was very professional and is quite a craftsman doing an amazing job on the outside finish matching our siding perfectly.
