Clera Windows + Doors

I had a great experience with the sales person Mr. Vick, he was genuine and upfront with the products and information I required for my windows and doors. He was helpful with all his suggestions and I appreciate d the quality of service he provided me with.

after windows were installed two of my window panes developed moisture in between the two panes of glass, then three and now four. After considerable time the company agreed to change the panes but when the time came for installation they demanded $100.00 to re-do the flashing on one of the windows which was poorly installed and according to the company the installer did not have the proper equipment to complete the job. I agreed to attempt to have the proper staging installed which I did but I refused to pay the amount demanded. I wrote to the company in Concord but have not received a reply approximately 4 months later. Very poor customer service.

Today 28 feb 13 at approx 11.00am I received a call from Rog Kain, V/P FM Industries Inc, Concord, On who heard my story and assured me that this matter would be settled to our mutual satisfaction with no cost to me. The local rep has been in touch with me and we hope for a speedy resolution to this matter.

Yesterday I had a pleasant surprise, I had a call from Christopher the tec at Clera windows wanting to know if he could come and install the new panes and repair the flashing. I immediately said yes and shortly after he arrived. He came equipped with everything he needed to do the job. He helped me move the furniture that was in front of the windows left everything clean and he even had an extra pair of shoes to wear in the house. I will certainly ask for him when I install new windows in the future.

Again thanks to everyone who responded to my concerns and now I can boast to my brother-in-law etc about the good decision that I made in choosing Clera.

I did not have the windows installed yet. I am writing this review primarily to express my appreciation to Bobby's effort.
Bobby is the sales man I got to deal with. I have to admit that Bobby was a very pleasant person, accommodating and understanding.
He was never late to the appointments. And yes, there were several appointments till he got the contract.

I am a bit picky person. I got four different quotations and by far Clera FM Industries exceeded all in terms of $ amount, warranty and value for a dollar.

Bobby offered us honest advice, professional analysis and even elegant taste assistance.

I am glad to sign with Bobby from Clera. I am looking forward for a fantastic job to be done in May.

Our experience with Clera Windows has been very positive. Right from the salesman John's presentation, office communication with Cindy and installation by Mario........everything went smoothly. We had our windows replaced in Feb. and you wouldn't believe how quickly and effectively the work was done and completed within two doors. We had most of our windows replaced and the patio door. We love them and would highly recomment Clera Windows.

Our installer did a great job, too! He was friendly, considerate, and professional, going above and beyond to repair a couple of issues with our trim that pre-existed the install of your windows and door in our home. He can do some amazing things with sheet-metal! The fit and finish of the product is excellent and improves both the appearance and value of our home. I'm glad we decided to go ahead with Clera Windows and Doors and have you custom-make and install your products in our home!

Needed the old basement windows replaced. Found the guys on Homestars. Great Service and Price. Guys were professional, on time and clean. Just need to save up for the windows upstairs. So far so good! They come highly recommended.

John Gainham of Clera windows was a pleasure to deal with. Clearly provided a quote on all replacement windows, style and quality we needed. Actually manufactured and supplied all windows a month earlier than anticipated. Although it took a week to complete the work, the wait was worth it. our home is quiter, looks great and maintains heat and cooling better than ever.

I recently had all of the windows replaced at one of my homes in Brampton. Ranjan and his crew were friendly, efficient and cleaned up all of the mess when they were done. This is the third home that they have done for me and I am once again very happy with the results. Dennis (salesman) checks in with me before and after the work is completed and makes sure that I am happy with the job. I will not hesitate to use them again!
