We wanted to let you know that we love our new windows and door, and that we noticed an immediate difference in both the temperature and noise level. Big improvements!
Our installer did a great job, too! He was friendly, considerate, and professional, going above and beyond to repair a couple of issues with our trim that pre-existed the install of your windows and door in our home. He can do some amazing things with sheet-metal! The fit and finish of the product is excellent and improves both the appearance and value of our home. I'm glad we decided to go ahead with Clera Windows and Doors and have you custom-make and install your products in our home!

Needed the old basement windows replaced. Found the guys on Homestars. Great Service and Price. Guys were professional, on time and clean. Just need to save up for the windows upstairs. So far so good! They come highly recommended.

John Gainham of Clera windows was a pleasure to deal with. Clearly provided a quote on all replacement windows, style and quality we needed. Actually manufactured and supplied all windows a month earlier than anticipated. Although it took a week to complete the work, the wait was worth it. our home is quiter, looks great and maintains heat and cooling better than ever.

I recently had all of the windows replaced at one of my homes in Brampton. Ranjan and his crew were friendly, efficient and cleaned up all of the mess when they were done. This is the third home that they have done for me and I am once again very happy with the results. Dennis (salesman) checks in with me before and after the work is completed and makes sure that I am happy with the job. I will not hesitate to use them again!

Lavern did an excellent job of installing our windows and doors. No big mess to clean up when I got home and none of the century old trim around the windows had to be removed to install the windows. I am so impressed!!

The window frames were scratched when they installer them and the installer did not do a proper job installing the windows. We have had water and air infiltation not to mention that they have since fired the original installer and had another come to repair his work. We then had them inspected through S.A.W.D.A.C , that sets the industry standards for instalation and we are still waiting for deficiences to be taken care of. Please have your windows inspected before paying if you do hire this company.

We got Adam from Clera to come over and install all new windows in our home. He was flexible with timing and the windows have been great! love the look. Also, we had a issue with one of the windows having a small crack - likely from manufacture - and it was not even an issue getting it replaced!!

I would highly recommend Clera/FM windows. The whole process from working with Adam the sales person to the installation done by Kevin and Ryan went smoothly and without a hitch. Our sales person was knowledge and answered all my questions. Our installers were professional and friendly, and made sure the windows fit perfectly. All the old materials were taken away and the outside of the house was also cleaned up. I would use Clera again.
