Something that could have been extremely stressful turned out to be a wonderful experience in our lengthy process of home renovating! After showing up on time he measured every window and door while discussing our needs/ wants with respect to the product options available to us. We just had all our windows and doors replaced by Clera and are very pleased with the products and installation. We were impressed with John van den Broek, the Clera sales manager. His professional presentation of the windows and doors convinced us and made us feel that we were getting good value with the Clera product. The windows and doors transformed the look of the house, the first thing we noticed how quiet the house is now …. we can’t hear the traffic! The installers were very knowledgeable and courteous and cleaned up after themselves. We went full frame out recommended by John. We really love the way the trim work and overall finish turned out.
I would highly recommend anyone looking for windows or doors to give John a call.
