Clera Windows + Doors

To whom it may concern.
We had Clera windows from Goderich install our four main level windows last month. Carl and John showed up on time and the work was done all in the same day. We were very pleased with the overall quality and appearance of our new sliding windows. Thanks for all your help guys!

A year and half ago, my wife and I replaced all our windows in the house. The windows are great and the service was even better. We want to thank Rick Gaboury for providing excellant customer service throughout the purchasing cycle (advice in choosing the windows, walking us through financing options and most importantly providing great after service care). Although its been awhile since the windows have been installed, Rick still promptly respond to our queries. Thank you Rick.

Mid fall, 2012, we decided to replace the windows across the front and side of our home. Having done a full renovation in another home some years earlier, we knew the importance of doing our research and due diligence in securing the right company for the job. After a thorough and detailed search, we settled on three companies from whom to secure quotes and while all were in our ball park budget-wise, what impressed us most about Clera was their sales rep Rick, who did a thorough and utterly professional presentation, complete with samples for us to examine and as importantly, a willingness to answer all our questions of which we had many.
When it came time for installation (which was right on time by the way), the installer, John and his team, brought equally high calibre skill sets to that part of Clera’s responsibilities. They removed our old and installed the new windows such that from the first day, we had no need for call backs.
The job was perfectly done and the improvement to the appearance and general interior warmth was what we had hoped it would be. It is now three months since our job was completed. Our new windows function exactly as our sales rep Rick claimed they would and we know we got outstanding value and an excellent installation for our money.
As a bonus, we no longer will need to periodically paint as these windows and frames are maintenance free.
We highly recommend Clera to anyone considering replacing their windows. Great product, good people

In 2009 we had all of our windows replaced by Clera Windows and Doors.
We have since sold that house and bought another. We were so happy with our experience in the old house that it was a no brainer to call Todd to have a few windows replaced in our new home.
We are again, very happy and we would recommend Clera Windows and Doors to anyone wanting to replace windows.
