Clera Windows + Doors

Last week I had the pleasure of meeting one of Clera Windows and Doors sales representative and was extremely pleased with the professional service we received. They were very knowledgeable and helpful in making decisions regarding the latest trends in home improvements. We had a second visit this past week when we decided to place our order which was as pleasant as the first. Following the placement of our order I had a change of heart about some of the choices I made and contacted our representative a few days later and asking if I could change my order. Our sales representative responded very quickly and told me it would not be a problem. I am looking forward to the delivery and installation of our new look. Thank you Clera. This is the second time we have contracted Clera Windows. A couple of years ago, I replaced our front door. I was so impressed with Chris Larock who did not high pressure sell and was able to guide us to what is best for our needs. So when it came time to replace our patio door and second floor windows no research needed. I called Chris and he came out and we were able to place our order. I must mention the installers are EXCELLENT! Our neighbours commented on their work ethics. All in All I would use Chris and Clera Windows again and have recommended them to many friends and neighbours.

Having never owned an old house until now, we searched and had 3 or 4 companies come in and give us an estimate for changing all of the windows in our bungalow.
We found that Joe was honest and above board. He estimated what it would cost to install the windows and accurate on his pricing. His explanation was the windows was far superior than other estimates we obtained. They were not the highest estimate nor were they the lowest, we felt comfortable dealing with Joe.
The crew showed up on the exact date & time that they were to start the job, cleaned up after doing the job and taking away all of the hold windows, including all of the old screening not only for the windows but also for the doors that we haven't changed yet. The crew were always polite and the workmanship was excellent.
Joe always called and asked how the workmanship was and if we had any problems, which we never did.
We have no hesitation in recommending Joe Pinheiro or Clera Windows.

The installation went smoothly and I notice such a difference in the rooms now. I also enjoy the ease of cleaning the windows. The salesman Gene Morlando was courteous and very informative. He explained various window options and the comparative qualities of Clera versus competitors. The installers' work and clean-up was exceptional. I will recommend Clera to all of my friends.

The choice i made in contacting Barry Jacklin from clera windows and doors was the best decision i made in my renovation process. He was informative, professional, and cared about my home as if it was his own. He is the salesman and the installer for Roger Lindner in Stratford. I looked around at other companies, but none could compare to the quality of product,and service. I have a piece of mind in knowing that when my job was installed they don't forget about me. At any time i should need them they provide a no nonsense service. I have piece of mind knowing that when Barry installed my investment, i paid for my beautiful job, and there were no on going costs like other companies. I have since suggested them to many people.
